The Job: To be able to perform various administrative tasks and support 70 EMGs HR department and add value to the entire employee lifecycle. Educational Qualification: Bachelors /Masters in HRM/ Business/ Commerce/ Arts or relevant field Work Experience: 1-3 years Location: Mumbai The Job Responsibility: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Interview calls, interview arrangements, Reference checks and maintaining candidate database. Updating the resume database in a functional and scalable format. Ideating, coordinating and executing employee engagement initiatives Collaborating with colleges for Campus placements and updating our requirements with internal stakeholders. Managing employee productivity and motivation, employee retention & development for employees and analyzing training needs. HR Administration & addressing employee queries. Any other HR job as requested by the management under the skill set of the HR executive Desired Skills: Good.
