Position Description We are looking for a Trust Secretary cum Accountant for the Volvo Group Trust ( Male Candidate preferred considering the job role) Consultant role as per the job responsibilities given below; Job Responsibilities: Maintain the books of the Trust. Knowledge in Tally and accounting practices. Raising the Purchase request & follow up with internal departments.- IPS, Finance, Tax etc Payment Processing and Follow up with NGOs/ Suppliers. Support the Director CSR & Managing Trustee in day to day operational activities. Visiting the CSR locations including Villages & follow up for implementation of CSR activities. Back ground in supporting CSR activities- Working with NGOs- Added advantage Good working Knowledge in MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Data Management & Preparation of MIS CSR Reports. Min 5-6 Years of experience. Basic Educational Qualification: BCOM or MBA Finance.(Additional MSW can be added advantage)
