What You'll Do : - Act as the Compliance Manager for the Grip Group - Oversee the Secretarial compliances of the entities under the Group including conducting the Board and General Meetings - Develop and implement an effective Compliance program - Evaluate new circulars/ notices/ regulations issued by the regulatory bodies and ensure compliance around the same - Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders - Liaise with the Investors, Board Members, Trustees, Fund managers and other relevant stakeholders - Lead the Fund raise activities from Compliance standpoint - We are looking for an experienced Company Secretarial professional with 8+ years of experience in the relevant field. Candidates with work experience in the Financial Services/ Fintech sector will be preferred. Qualifications / Skills : - Company Secretary with at least 8+ years of experience working in Financial Services or a FinTech. industry - Having worked in a VC funded startup - You have an eye for detail and can analyse the impact of a new regulation / law - You have an eye for process improvements and are organized with attention to detail - You thrive in a dynamic, fluid and unstructured environment because you are a self starter keen to learn and execute - You are adept at prioritization and project management with attentiveness to detail and consistent follow through - You are open to new ways of thinking and committed to acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage - Your key traits are integrity, credibility, and commitment - You are excellent in your communication - written, verbal or drafting
