Roles and Responsibilities
Deevita is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy sophisticated multimodal agentic AI solutions for the hospitality sector. You will actively prototype groundbreaking ideas, collaborate closely with product and operational teams, and scale your innovations into robust, solutions. Your responsibilities include developing and tuning models for natural language understanding, deep contextual reasoning, decision-making, and task execution agentic interactions. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will:
- Utilize agentic AI/ML frameworks, and custom multi-agent orchestration systems to design, prototype, and deploy autonomous, cloud-based AI agents capable of advanced guest interaction and operational decision-making.
- Leverage state-of-the-art generative AI models, LLMs, and multimodal architectures to develop innovative prototypes and convert successful experiments into production-grade AI-driven skills.
- Adopt an iterative, customer-focused mindset with rapid prototyping, evaluation, learning, and deployment cycles.
- Clearly communicate complex AI strategies, findings, and project updates to stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements in agentic AI, multimodal LLMs, and hospitality-specific applications, proactively identifying opportunities for product innovation.
- Continually refine experimentation methods, evaluation metrics, A/B testing, and deployment processes, balancing innovation with reliability and responsible use of AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying advanced systems, ideally at least 3+ years of experience in building complex systems using AI/ML, agentic AI, multi-agent collaboration, or conversational systems.
- Experience with Open AI LLM (or equivalent), Python is must, PostgreSQL and preferred working in Azure environment
- Proven track record of shipping impactful, user-centric systems with advanced reasoning and multi-step decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of foundational models, natural language processing, and knowledge of multimodal AI/Agentic technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
