Account Manager Enterprise
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary: Juniper Networks is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr
Account Manager to manage our key accounts and drive sales growth in the Mumbai & Maharashtra region
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the networking industry and proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction, Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned account to achieve revenue targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at customer accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to sales management
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry developments and expand network
Actively participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
12+ years of sales experience in the networking industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
