looking for an experienced training Manager to lead the training function

Roles -

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for 1 st party collection agents.

Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design appropriate interventions .

Ensure training ,

Education - Graduate

Experience-3 years in training management within collections preferably 1 st party collections

Location - Thane (Waghle estate)
