Job Description
- Quality Assurance Specialist: Ensure high-quality product delivery through comprehensive testing.
- Automation Expert: Usex tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and AI-driven testing frameworks to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communicator: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders through clear, actionable updates.
- Process Optimizer: Continuously assess and enhance QA workflows and strategies.
- Continuous Learner: Stay abreast of AI trends and testing innovations to meet evolving tech demands.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to create a positive, agile testing environment.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
- Leverage AI/ML techniques to optimize testing coverage, defect prediction, and test prioritization.
- Plan and manage end-to-end testing for web portals, checklists, payment systems, and API integrations.
- Maintain and regularly update test documentation (test cases, RTM, defect logs) ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Proactively participate in release cycles, ensuring seamless deployments by identifying and resolving issues early.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and risk analysis to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct non-functional testing including performance, security, and usability testing.
- Implement AI-based test analytics and test generation tools to enhance QA effectiveness.
- Strengthen regulatory compliance knowledge and ensure testing processes meet industry standards.
- Stay current with emerging QA tools, frameworks, and AI innovations to enhance automation capabilities.
- Promote team efficiency through continuous workflow improvements and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in automation testing with exposure to AI/ML tools or frameworks.
- Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools.
- Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl, Functionize) is a plus.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP) is advantageous
