Job Overview:

We are seeking an ERP Coordinator with 13 years of experience in handling construction ERP systems, specifically KANIX HIGHRISE software. The ideal candidate should have a real estate or construction industry background and must be capable of troubleshooting software issues, managing user data, and training new users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support KANIX HIGHRISE ERP software at desktop and web levels.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user queries and technical issues.

• Train new users across various departments to effectively use the system.

• Ensure accurate data entry and management within the ERP system.

• Maintain and update SQL databases as needed for reporting or issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in KANIX HIGHRISE or similar construction ERP tools.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills for training and support.

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
