What you will do: - Designing, reviewing and implementing ways to improve ROI - Optimizing web content for increasing traffic and also for improving SEO - Monitoring and analyzing the. effectiveness of various digital campaigns and strategies - Being up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing - Participating in client meetings, presentations and communications - Presenting social media marketing strategies to clients - Addressing client queries on digital marketing requirements in an efficient as well as timely manner - Preparing, maintaining and presenting reports on day-to-day activities to clients What you need to have: - Proven working experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Sound knowledge website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) - In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to offer excellent customer service
