Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Redux, and SQL/NoSQL databases, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.js and manage application state using Redux
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Optimize front-end and back-end components for maximum performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid experience working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools and workflows
- Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.
