Role : Talent Acquisition
Location : Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

- Manage the recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating.
- Partner closely with technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on hiring for roles in
Application Development / Data Engineering/ Cloud Hiring
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of various technical skill sets and modern tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
