We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our IDS Software Services Business team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. This position involves pre-sales activities (client and market research, supporting sales teams with solution demonstrations, proposal development) and post-sales activities (project initiation, requirements analysis, product roadmap, wireframes/Figma designs, ongoing client support) along with creating presentations and documents for PoCs, products, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor proposals and presentations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to define project scopes.
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Develop BRDs, SRS, and FRS documents.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to validate solutions.
- Ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
- Provide post-sales support, managing change requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support all phases of the SDLC from business case creation to support.
- Present data analysis findings to project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage evolving business priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Worked with AI/ML and understanding of Healthcare (RCM, Denial, Claim process), Content Management and Publishing will be an added advantage.
- Produce high-level solution design documents and detailed business rules documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and IT skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, executives, and developers.
- Understanding of SaaS businesses and KPIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Confluence, CRM systems, Balsamic, JIRA, and MS Office.
- Understanding of common software tech stack.

- Experience in pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations and proposal creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
