Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in South India. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and establish strong relationships with customers and partners. By leveraging your extensive sales experience and industry knowledge, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, promoting our cyber security products, and driving revenue growth in the region RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the South India region. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive their performance and ensure achievement of individual and team goals. Identify and target key prospects and customer segments in South India, and establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify. opportunities for growth and stay informed about market trends and customer needs. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with system integrators, resellers, and other channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales. Present and demonstrate our cyber security products to prospective customers, effectively conveying the value proposition and addressing customer concerns and objections. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. REQUIREMENTS Proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the cyber security industry or related technology fields. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional or territory-based role. In-depth knowledge of the South Indian market, including key industries, customer segments, and competitive landscape. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high- performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to understand customer needs, articulate product value propositions, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting. Willingness to travel frequently within the South India region #J-18808-Ljbffr
