Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the team and provide quick resolution/support wherever required. Support team in execution of agreements, demand letters, payment follow ups Prepare MIS and reports Handle and support team in Queries, Requests & Complaints of the customers wrt Flat Possession Agreements, BBA etc, Demand / Payments Loans Allotments NOC Registry etc Settling cases Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent must have. worked with real estate company and shall possess sound knowledge of CRM operations and Documentation
