Job Description
About Role: Apptunix is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Technical Project Manager for its team. Project manager must be a good team player with Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Role And Responsibilities: - Voice of the customer - Understanding the voice of the customer to ensure that the platform capabilities are delivered according to the expectations.
- Customer Success - Work closely with the Team to ensure the customers' timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Internal Stakeholder Manager - Work with the Development, and QA teams to define the delivery plan and allocate tasks.
- Delivery of Platform/Platform Capabilities - Tracking, monitoring, and evaluation of the end-to-end technical delivery.
- Internal and External Communication - On-time and crisp communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation - Management and maintenance of the required documentation for the technical delivery.
- Reporting - Creating and sharing important data-driven reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Management - Manage a team of product and business analysts.
- Should have a strong understanding of project flow
- Should be technically strong and should understand architecture/design very well
- Should have experience in managing client and team
- Possess excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Focus on monitoring, quality assurance, and timely delivery
- Should be highly Innovative and possess good analytical skills
- Capable of picking up new technologies with a minimum learning
- Ability to articulate with people at all levels
- Must have strong problem-solving ability, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) & presentation skills
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the right distribution of resource allocation for ongoing and new projects.
- Client communication.
- Strong experience with the Agile Delivery Model is a must.
- Exposure to various Project Management tools is a must.
