Job Description

L1 Support Engineer - Xpetize Technology Solutions PVT LTD

Experience Level 2 4 years experience.

Note : Shift Timing : 5AM 2PM

No. of Positions 5
Mode Of Work: Work From Office / Work From Home

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Mandatory Skills:

2 4 Years if experience in L1-Helpdesk / L1- Remote support
Experience as a L1 Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role.
Experience in Windows Operating Systems [Desktop & Server].
Experience in Troubleshooting issues.
AD user / Group management, Outlook/ Teams support.
Zendesk and AWS Level 1 tasks Good to have.
