Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage our account portfolio and supervise our account executives team.

For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. As an Account Executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll, including salary slips, GST, EPF, ESIC, and PT records.
• Ensure compliance with TDS rules and  maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Oversee and conduct financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve complex payroll and tax issues.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on financial management and compliance
• Supervise the account executives and representatives team and ensure deadlines are met
• Man Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements), analyze financial data, and provide insights to management. age daily accounting transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely financial reporting.
