: Join our dynamic team at spectrum insurance broking Pvt. Ltd. as a Telecaller Outbound and be a part of our customer care division. As an outbound telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, promoting our insurance services, and providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about insurance services. Explain the benefits and features of various insurance products. Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update relevant information. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and. customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum educational requirement is Graduation. Candidates with 1 to 6 years of experience in outbound calling are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
