About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us hire top tech talent. This role requires someone who has worked on contract-to-hire (C2H) roles and understands the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Source and screen candidates for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, SAP, Oracle etc.).
Focus on C2H hiring, including negotiating hourly rates and contract terms.
Use platforms like , job boards, and internal databases to find candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Manage the offer process and help onboard selected candidates.
Keep track of recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements
2 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience hiring for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles.
Familiar with IT and technical terms (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools like Naukri, Shine.
Able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
