Factory Manager/Head

Desired Candidate Skills:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience.

Good Communication & People skill.

Good organization skill

Problem solving, take responsibility & action.

System oriented person.

Confident computer skill (Microsoft outlook, word, Excel)

Job Description:

To plan production activities, Production meetings, Workers Schedules and budget maintenance Schedules and quality of products.

The whole production has to be managed, or have to take care of all the features associated with a particular department. The safety measures have to be followed.

Any quality related issue, have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.

Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately.

To collaborate and meet with others managers.

See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.

Conduct performance review of workers.

Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance.

Order stock materials for the workshop to maintain enough stock for the month without over supply.
