Your day-to-day:

• Work hand in hand with all the departments under Colleague Success (Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, HROE etc.).
• Provide HR operational and administrative support for core HR processes, including, but not limited to:
  • Employment contracts, agreements/offer letter creation
  • Manage inputs and reporting requirements regarding benefits
  • Administrative support in onboarding new colleagues, documentation etc.
  • Education assistance
  • Verification of employment of future, current and ex-colleagues.
  • Initiating workflows to capture internal transfers and changes using Talent Management tool
  • Backend support to relocation/ global mobility cases
  • Leave and holiday entitlement queries and administration
  • Purchase order creation in SAP
  • Communicate by phone, video, and email with colleagues to resolve queries
  • Follow-up of compliance documentation/acknowledgement
  • Interview scheduling, candidate query solving during talent acquisition process
  • Creating ad-hoc reports
  • As your experience grows, hold exit interviews and work on separation process of the departing colleagues

What are we looking for :

• • Confident verbal communication on video and phone
  • Accuracy of system input and data use
  • Good written communication and engagement skills
  • Quick learning ability, natural curiosity, and desire to make a difference
  • Passion and sense of urgency for execution
  • Skill to analyze the data (excel and advance excel)
  • Command over Microsoft Office tools
  • Master s degree (or currently pursuing) : Human Resources or Business
