Job Description

: Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to Direct and Indirect taxation . Ensuring TDS is calculated correctly and payment is being done in timely manner Study and changes in the provisions of direct tax and implement same in organization. Calculation of Monthly/Annual Income tax Provision based on the Monthly/Annual P & L account. Work with Consultants to reply notice o f Income tax Work with consultant for preparing documents for the purpose of filling appeal etc. Coordinate with HQ in Germany for submissions of information required by them on timely basis . Preparation and filling of income tax return in timely manner . Completion of Tax audit . Work With Consultants. for completion of Transfer price documentation . Sound Knowledge of GST is added advantage
