Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in PHP to join our Branding and marketing department. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with our brand and marketing strategies. As a Senior Developer, you will be crucial in driving our online presence and ensuring a seamless user experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Website Management: Lead the maintenance and development of ARK Infosolutions" websites to ensure they stay up-to-date, user-friendly, and fully functional. Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations on our websites, ensuring seamless communication with various systems and third-party platforms. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Digital Asset Management: Be. the custodian of all digital assets related to branding and marketing, ensuring data security, accessibility, and accuracy. Team Leadership & Collaborations: Supervise and guide a team of two resources, including a PHP Developer and a UI/UX Developer, to deliver high-quality work and foster professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers, to implement brand and marketing strategies into web applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and branding. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the B&M Team. Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. OEM & Partner Websites: Collaborate with partners and OEMs to maintain and enhance their websites, maintaining consistency with ARK Infosolutions" branding and marketing standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Proficient in HTML, Laravel, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies. Hands-on Experience with popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Strong knowledge of database design and optimization, particularly with MySQL. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
