EDP Specialist - Network Administration @ NTT Global Delivery

Job Description

: As an EDP IT Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks encompassing programming, network administration, server configuration, and web hosting. Your role is. pivotal in maintaining our technological backbone and ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and customers. Roles and Responsibilities :- Being responsible for all database management also involves networking planning.- It installs new systems and also upgrades the old ones when required.- Monitor and manage day-to-day IT operations, including system performance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.- Implement best practices for IT service management and ensure adherence to service level agreements.- It maintains daily backup management of the data and is also responsible for restoring the data for users whenever required.- It solves users" problems and manages the exchange server.- It is responsible for managing all server data, like new report creation and other timely reports.- The department keeps a monthly backup of Tapes / External Hard Drives and creates original software.- It manages wireless networks and trains users about new systems.- Repair and reinstallation of the old systems.- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as data protection, cybersecurity, and privacy regulations.
