Role - Account Manager /Customer success Location - Pune Salary - 9 to 15 LPA based on experience Skills - B2B , SAAS , Cross-sales , Upsell, Account Management , Contract Renewal etc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Manager - Account Manager B2B/SAAS 3+. The Manager - Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing B2B/SAAS accounts. Day-to-day tasks include strengthening relationships with customers, developing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an account manager in a B2B/SAAS environment Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail and experience with Contract management/Renewal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage. multiple priorities simultaneously Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field Knowledge of IT services and experience in the software like aws would be plus.
