Job Description

The Senior Engineer in GRT would be responsible to study national and international Emission regulation which affect HMCL products. Keeping track on future Emission regulation road map of domestic and exporting countries. Representing HMCL in SIAM, BIS and AISC meetings. To carry out Homologation for domestic and exporting countries. To Develop an IT system GRT-GRIPS for smooth and paper less work of GRT function

• Certification of HMCL products - motorcycles and scooters for critical upcoming regulations
• Prepare Technical Comments on Future regulations like BS-V/BS-VI, Fuel efficiency norm, Evaporative emission, National and International.
• Preparing Technical support to matters related to Emission norms, Air quality index and Fuel economy norms
• Create IT system GRT-GRIPS for regulations and homologation compliance requirements document.
• Tracking on Emission regulation across the globe and all regulations for ASIAN countries. And to understand their future road map.
• Keeping track on IMMA documents and participating in its meeting

• Good understanding of vehicle Emission testing
• Emission Testing and Regulation making activities
• Understanding of different countries Homologation process and its regulations
