We need a person with English back ground (non-technical) with experience of chat/email to UK client, UK shift, Work from office job OnlyGeniuses team is looking to expand our customer support team for a well established UK property management business. We aim to provide our business and leisure guests with a superb accommodation experience by giving them first class guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of their stay. You will be a key member of a small, friendly and dedicated team who are committed to building the the brand and portfolio of short stay apartments in the UK. Requirements: 1-3 Years of call centre/email support experience to UK clients You will need to be an excellent English communicator (both written and verbal) to provide exceptional guest support Ability to work independently and as a part of Team Willingness to learn and adapt new challenges High level of attention to detail Good IT skills Self-driven, self-motivated. proactive Engaging and out-going personality Willingness to go the extra mile
