Job Title: Test Lead:-

Responsibilities
Contribute to the analysis and testing of features as a strong individual contributor.
Understand requirements, understand existing features, design test cases and validate the new features accordingly.
Manage the product and be able to contribute to the QA functions in SDLC.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Required Technical Skills
Able to navigate in Linux file system, with knowledge of SQL basic queries.
Ability to work with applications designed / developed with python/perl.
Hands-on experience in telecom application testing with at least 2 years in VOIP products.
Experience in Networking applications testing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation testing: Selenium
Experience in Continuous Integration tool like Jenkins.
Expertise in documenting test plans and running the complete testing suite prior to releases as a method of regression testing.
Must be able to develop new automated testing scenarios and adapt existing scenarios in a rapid development environment.
Tools:
Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
Hands on test management tool experience.
Good to have:
Experience in Telecom industry is a plus.
Other skills
6-8 years of experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Quick learner and self-starter who thrives in an environment of change.
