Work Experience (mandatory): 7+ years of investment banking experience with a track record of working across M&A/ fund raise. Should have managed an end-to-end deal life cycle and successfully closed multiple transactions. Only Mumbai based candidates need to apply. Roles and. Responsibilities: Candidate will be a key member of the team and would be involved in the end-to-end life cycle of transactions. Contribute in business development and creating deal pipeline through research, preparing pitches and new client engagements. Take ownership in preparation of deal collateral comprising financial models and information memorandums, managing due diligence and supporting the team in term sheet, documentation and closing. Evaluating and advising clients on valuations using various methodologies including DCF, comparable transaction multiples - Precedent Transaction Multiples, Public Market Multiples, etc. Stewarding transactions through legal, statutory diligence and structural processes. Maintain Deal and Investor Trackers and track recent developments in relevant sectors as well as regulatory changes Strong network within the investor ecosystem will be an added benefit. Qualifications: o MBA finance/MS Finance/ CA/CFA having a work experience of 5-7 years o Proficiency in MS Office o Proficiency in financial modeling o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Good interpersonal skills. o Strong quantitative and analytical ability. o Very good understanding of financial statements. o Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. o Ability to work under tight deadlines. o Team player o Strong work ethic and professionalism
