Job Description

**Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer - Wireless & Fiber Solutions**


**Responsibilities:**
1. **Industry Expertise:**
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the wireless and fiber industry.
- Familiarity with renowned wireless brands such as Cambium Networks, Mimosa, MikroTik, TPLink, etc.

2. **Technical Solutions:**
- Analyze client requirements and propose optimal solutions for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links.
- Design and present comprehensive enterprise solutions, including Wi-Fi solutions tailored for various environments such as Universities, Malls, Offices, Factories, etc.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in wireless and fiber technologies.
- Keep a keen eye on advancements and features of key industry brands to effectively advise clients.

4. **Customer Engagement:**
- Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Act as a bridge between technical expertise and commercial understanding, providing clients with solutions that align with their business goals.

5. **Techno-Commercial Role:**
- Work as a techno-commercial liaison, balancing technical proficiency with an understanding of business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

6. **Presentations and Demos:**
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase the capabilities of proposed solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns, providing clarification on technical aspects in a clear and understandable manner.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
- [X] years of experience in a pre-sales or similar technical role within the wireless and fiber industry.
- Proven experience with wireless brands like Cambium Networks, Mimosa, MikroTik, TPLink, etc.
- Strong understanding of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless link & Wi-Fi solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise Wi-Fi solutions for diverse settings.
