Job Description

We are hiring for "Principal Lead- Service Reliability Engineer"

Location: Gurgaon

Experience- 10 to 14 years

Skillset:

• Should have worked as SRE, Service Reliability Engineer
• Should have handled/driven p1/p2 bridges on his/her own, mainly with driving the bridges with another team and vendors
• Understanding of Monitoring, logging, and Observability tools like: Sumo logic, Dynatrace, ScienceLogic, Grafana, Elk, Prometheus, Dx NetOps, Datadog and their functioning for proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting  
• Working Knowledge of ServiceNow, Event Management, Service Mapping and Itil Concepts
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, scripting) for configuration management and automation
• Proficiency in Linux/ Unix system administration and scripting languages
• Preferred certifications with (Aws, Certified Devops Engineer, Aws Certified Sysops Admin, Azure Devops Engineer)
• Familiar with Ci/Cd tools like (Jenkins, Docker, Git, Bit Bucket, Kubernetes)
• Familiar with Networking tools
