Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager / Team Leader to lead our support team, manage escalations, and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a technical support team.
Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Monitor team performance and improve processes.
Work with customers and internal teams to enhance support.
Train team members and optimize support tools.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Wrok Experience in working from base role
