Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage a Team: Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to a team of HR technology specialists. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2-year roadmap for HR technology initiatives, aligning with broader organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure successful project implementation.
Process Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through design thinking methodologies. Lead the design and implementation of improvements.
Solution Architect: Leverage design thinking principles to architect new HR systems and processes.
Requirements Management: Verify the accuracy and completeness of business requirement documents for HR technology projects.
Technical : Work closely with the Information Technology (IT) team to develop and implement HR technology solutions.
Project Management Expertise: Effectively manage all phases of HR technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Innovation Advocate: Continuously research and present new ideas for leveraging technology to improve HR functions and the employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR technology or a related field.
Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application to HR processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HR technology systems (e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems).
Working knowledge of IT systems and development processes (a plus).
