Domnic Lewis has been mandated Manager/Sr. Manager R&D for  a leading MNC

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with 5-12 years of experience, specializing in the Electrical or Mechanical stream.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Lead new product development efforts in the realm of Low Voltage Switchgear.
• Drive product variance and improvements based on market requirements.
• Oversee type testing and certification processes for products.
• Provide technical support to the Marketing, Manufacturing, and Industrialization teams.
• Apply Six Sigma quality tools throughout the product development cycle.

Functional Competencies:

• Possess a fundamental understanding of Low Voltage (LV) standards, such as IEC 60947 and IEC 61439.
• Demonstrate expertise in the design and development of LV products, with a comprehensive grasp of standards like IEC 60947-3, IEC 60947-6, and IEC 61439-1.
• Utilize CAD and CEA tools (e.g., Creo) and FEA tools, and demonstrate proficiency in tolerance stacks up and FMEA.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external test labs, customers, and vendors to ensure project deliverables.
• Possess substantial subject knowledge and expertise in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
