Windows Cloud Administrator @ Net Connect

The Windows Cloud Administrator will be pivotal in managing and securing our Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud applications while adhering to the highest security standards. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to enhance user experience and problem resolution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

• Deploy and maintain Azure cloud resources to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of cloud and on-premises resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, with timely escalation as necessary.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Establish and document standards, processes, and procedures for cloud management.
• Communicate with customers regarding upcoming changes and outages.
• Plan and implement security solutions that comply with corporate policies.
• Perform security auditing and reporting on vulnerabilities and risk assessments.

• 3-6 years of experience in IT, focusing on cloud administration, particularly Azure.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, and single-sign-on (SSO) technologies.
• Proficiency in networking principles and cloud architecture.
• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues swiftly.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of change management processes and IT industry standards.
• Proficiency in developing and documenting IT processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven experience in providing superior customer service and technical support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer service excellence.
