• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to technical discussions
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance
• Work in an agile team environment, delivering features iteratively and efficiently

• Expert-level proficiency in Core Java
• Advanced understanding of multithreading and concurrency
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development
• Proven experience in designing and building microservices architecture
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Focus on clean code, performance, and scalability

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Prior experience in banking or financial services
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
