About the Program:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Web Development Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive web development training to 12th-passed students, including both theoretical instruction and hands-on lab sessions. The program is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at providing web development training to 12th-passed students from government schools, particularly targeting economically weaker sections of society. The objective is to equip these students with the skills necessary to enter the job market in the technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an engaging and effective web development curriculum tailored to the needs of 12th-passed students.
- Conduct theoretical classes and practical lab sessions, ensuring students understand key concepts and can apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Teach core web development technologies including PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Monitor and assess students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and projects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects.
- Previous teaching or training experience of around 3-5 years, especially with high school students or young adults, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably in both English and Hindi.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
