Job Description

ServiceNow Admin

Platform Management & Configuration:
- Proven expertise in the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, instance configuration, and platform maintenance.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet specific business requirements.
System Security & Access Control:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and security incident management.
- Ability to manage user roles, groups, and permissions, ensuring appropriate access to ServiceNow data and functionality.
Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow platform issues, including performance bottlenecks, workflow errors, and integration problems.
- Ability to monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
Updates & Upgrades:
- Experience with planning and executing ServiceNow platform upgrades, including testing, validation, and deployment.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, and implement new functionality to enhance platform capabilities.
