Job Description
- Operational
- Monitoring EDI data delivery and transformation processes
- Troubleshooting issues from Comms through transformation and into ERP
- External Customer Liaison
- Internal Customer Liaison, including Auditors, AR, Sales and Customer Service
- Liaison with internal IT community, especially the ERP team
- Liaison with Cleo/MSP
- Monitor operational Incidents/Tickets and drive completion within established SLAs, both internally and with MSP
- Project
- Tactical on-boarding project leadership
- Business Analysis to understand Customer Requirements and Define appropriate solution
- Establish target schedules for on-boarding
- Design mapping specifications to align Customer data with expected internal requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, including ERP, AR, Sales and Customer Service
- Coordinate development, Unit Testing and Systems Integration Testing with MSP to ensure quality and accuracy of mapping solution
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with external Customer
- Coordinate Go-Live scheduling and planning with external Customer and MSP
- Validate Go-Live execution and provide initial HyperCare
- Transition project to Operation mode
- General
- SME for EDI related questions as they relate to current and future scope activities
- Primary point of contact for company s IT B2B/EDI Solution Delivery Leader
- Required skills
- EDI - End-to-End process, including:
- Comms - Direct AS2, VAN and various FTP solutions
- EDI Data Standards, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT and EDIFICE
- Transformation/Data Mapping and how to create mapping specifications
- Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash business process and associated EDI transactions, including:
- 850/ORDERS, 855/ORDRSP, 860/ORDCHG, 865/ORDRSP, 856/DESADV and 810/INVOIC
- End-to-End EDI-ERP Testing and Troubleshooting
- Customer Relationship Skills
- Solid technical and business communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with highly dynamic timelines
