Java Development Lead @ Net Connect

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for Java-based applications from concept to deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to support their technical growth and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and develop solutions using modern Java frameworks and microservices patterns.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development (both frontend and backend).
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing or mentoring development teams.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead development projects from start to finish.
