Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales positions ranging from entry-level to mid-level
- Collaborate with department heads to grasp hiring requirements and schedules
- Utilize sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals efficiently
- Enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes
- Provide regular hiring metrics and pipeline updates to management
- 5-9 years of robust recruitment background, ideally in sales or services
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Capable of handling multiple open positions autonomous
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, or Service-related roles is highly preferred. Exposure to high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field. HR certifications
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- End-to-end recruitment expertise (sourcing to onboarding)
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search
- Strong stakeholder management and team coordination
- Data-driven mindset with recruitment analytics exposure
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring needs
- Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ownership, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with leadership potential
