- Collaborate with department heads to grasp hiring requirements and schedules
- Utilize sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals efficiently
- Enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes
- Provide regular hiring metrics and pipeline updates to management
- 5-9 years of robust recruitment background, ideally in sales or services
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Capable of handling multiple open positions autonomous
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Operations, or Service-related roles is highly preferred. Exposure to high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field. HR certifications
