Location: Bangalore - WORK FORM OFFICE
Shift: Day & Mid Shift (9 AM to 7 PM & 2 PM to 12 AM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive/Recruiter to manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting HR operations. Prior experience in bulk hiring and working with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for technical and final interviews.
- Ensure timely closure of all recruitment positions.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Conduct HR Induction sessions and ensure joining formalities are completed.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing HR requirements.
- Promote and uphold the organizations culture and values.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment status reports and dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
- Bulk hiring experience.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and team player.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 TO 6 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and job portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
