Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating it with other systems, and leveraging new tools like Microsoft Copilot to optimize CRM workflows and user experiences. The role requires a hands-on developer with a proven ability to design and maintain complex CRM solutions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives..
Must Have skills: MS Dynamic 365, Power platforms, Azure, Jira, C#, SQL
Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM development and integration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configurations, and workflows.
- Strong command over Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services for integration, data storage, and API management.
- Hands-on experience / Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and agile project methodologies.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Design and develop plugins, workflows, custom scripts, and Power Automate flows for Dynamics CRM.
- Implement solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Design and develop integrations with other Microsoft tools and third-party applications using Power Platform, Azure Services, and API services.
- Integrate and configure Microsoft Copilot within Dynamics 365 to enhance productivity.
- Design and implement AI-driven features and automation to streamline CRM processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, system, and performance testing, to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, ensuring the CRM system's uptime and efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and other team members on best practices and system functionalities.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to review feedback and identify areas for system improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and releases, recommending improvements and upgrades.
- Completion of development tasks and project milestones on time, within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Meeting requirements for new features, enhancements, and customizations as per defined scope.
- Ensuring high system uptime, with minimal critical issues impacting end-users.
- Quick turnaround time for bug fixing and issue resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Successful and error-free integration of Dynamics CRM with other platforms and third-party services.
- Adherence to best practices and standard protocols, ensuring system security and data privacy.
- High quality, reusable code with minimal technical deficiencies.
- Comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders on CRM solutions, responsiveness, and implementation of requested features.
- Proactive engagement with business users to enhance CRM usability and functionality based on their needs.
