Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile and backend applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in mobile app development, backend programming, and C++, with proficiency across multiple programming languages and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in R&D and product development, working with a small, agile team to deliver innovative solutions that push technological boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Develop robust backend services supporting mobile applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Utilize C++ to build high-performance modules, SDKs, or SDK integrations as needed.
- Implement location-based features and services for real-time, context-aware applications.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to explore new technological trends and integrate innovative solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and ensuring best practices are maintained.
- Work independently and efficiently within a small team, delivering high-quality, reliable software.
- Contribute to product ideation, prototyping, and iterative development cycles
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years in mobile app development, backend programming, and systems design.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in C++, with experience developing performance-critical components.
- Solid experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) app development.
- Expertise in Java/Node JS/Python for backend and scripting tasks.
- Hands-on experience with location-based applications and services.
- Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with relevant development tools, SDKs, and APIs related to mobile, mapping, and location services.
- Research & Development: Proven track record of working on innovative projects, prototypes, or new product features. Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work effectively in a small team, communicate complex ideas clearly, and collaborate across disciplines
