Job Description

FanCode is India s premier sports destination committed to giving fans a highly personalised experience across content and merchandise for a wide variety of sports. Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.

Job Responsibilites:

Develop effective analytical solutions, share comprehensive user insights and actionable recommendations (both predictive and prescriptive)
Create frameworks to provide enriched and unified view of users and develop data-led strategies to guide product roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft intervention strategies to help meet organization goals
Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate new features and improvements

Must Haves:

Bachelors degree or higher in relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering etc. )
2-4 years of experience in core Analytics domain
Advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems and demonstrated ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner
Excellent proficiency in SQL and expertise in working with large datasets across multiple sources
Expertise in any of the dashboarding/visualization tools - Looker / Power BI /Tableau

Good to Haves:

Passion for sports
Familiarity with product lifecycle management
Experience in deploying complex Analytical solutions using Python/R
