Job Profile:
Tech Company based in US is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled IT Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, in-depth IT knowledge encompassing desktops, servers, networking, and storage solutions, with a strong preference for expertise in Dell and Cisco technologies. This role will also require a profound understanding of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work during night shifts in either the US Eastern or US Pacific time zones. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the core IT field and a commitment to a long-term association with Aurora, ideally for at least 5 years.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Excellent English language proficiency.
2. Exceptional communication skills.
3. Comprehensive IT knowledge, especially in desktops, servers, networking, and storage solutions.
4. Expertise in Dell and Cisco technologies is highly preferred.
5. Certifications or specializations in Dell or Cisco are a significant advantage.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
7. Willingness to work night shifts (US Eastern or US Pacific time zones).
8. Ability to understand and converse with a US accent.
9. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the core IT field.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
As an IT Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on major IT vendors, such as Dell, Cisco, VMware, and more. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Identifying the right sales opportunities and providing alternate or replacement solutions as needed.
2. Engaging with customers to address their queries and concerns related to the sales process.
3. Achieving annual revenue targets and contributing to increased profitability through individual deals.
4. Maintaining vendor relationships and authorizations, updating certifications, and facilitating deal registrations.
5. Monitoring and tracking all rebates and backends generated from sales.
6. Addressing any issues or cases arising from contracts.
7. Ensuring technical certifications and training for the organization are up to date and maintaining required partner levels.
8. Tracking all vendor partner levels and ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
