We are seeking a talented and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining websites, plugins, and themes using WordPress. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, back-end development, and have a passion for creating functional and visually appealing websites.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development: Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet project specifications, ensuring they are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

2. Theme Development: Create custom WordPress themes from scratch or modify existing themes to achieve the desired design and functionality.

3. Plugin Development: Build custom WordPress plugins to add specific features and functionalities to websites, enhancing user experience and overall site performance.

4. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in existing WordPress websites to ensure seamless operation.

5. Website Optimization: Implement best practices for SEO, website speed, and performance to enhance search engine rankings and user experience.

6. Collaborate with Designers: Work closely with the design team to turn their visual concepts into functional and interactive websites.

7. Website Security: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard websites from potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

8. Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes, ensuring efficient collaboration and easy rollback when needed.

9. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is using the most effective solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Previous experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing various WordPress projects.1.5-2years of experience.

2. Proficiency in Front-End Technologies: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring the ability to transform design concepts into functional websites.

3. WordPress Expertise: In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins, with the ability to customize and extend functionalities using PHP.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex WordPress issues effectively.

5. Responsive Design: Experience in creating responsive web designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

6. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Familiarity with testing and ensuring website compatibility across multiple browsers.

7. SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles to implement on-page optimizations.

8. Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Education:
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered. Minimum experience 1.5year
