Business Analytics - Team Lead @ Paytm

Job Description

: We are seeking an Analytics professional for our Recharge and Bill Payments analytics team. Your core responsibility will be to optimize all growth campaigns and reminders by building best in class measurement frameworks and by continuously improving our user targeting to drive better ROI for marketing spend. Additionally, you will conduct deep dives to highlight actionable opportunities across the product funnel and then work in close collaboration with the partners in product and business teams to implement potential solutions to enable desired business outcomes. Roles/Responsibilities: 1) Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to provide a deep view of performance of Recharge and Bill Payments campaigns 2) Build the user segmentation that will enable user targeting for various campaigns across the user life cycle 3) Enable test and learn for optimizing the growth campaigns and deliver comprehensive test read outs to power accurate decisions 4) Understanding the broad range of Paytm data resources, and knowing the right ones to use for the analytical problems at hand 5) Evangelizing data driven decision making within the team and to business & product owners 6) Identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects
Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1) Proficient in SQL/Hive and deep expertise in building scalable business reporting solutions 2) Past experience in optimizing business strategy, product or process using data & analytics 3) Knowledge on languages like Scala, Java or Python 4) Experienced in Tableau, Power Bi, BigQuery, Hive, Looker Studio or other big data processing framework 5) Demonstrated ability to directly partner with business owners to understand product requirements 6) Effective spoken and written communication to senior audiences, including strong data presentation and visualization skills 7) Prior success in working with extremely large datasets using big data technologies 8) Detail-oriented, with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems
Qualifications: 1) Bachelor s degree or higher in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, business or a similar quantitative field.
