Job Description

• Follow Product Development Process to develop and deliver product designs.
• Review and analyze customer requirements.
• Development of EMC design concepts with cross functional teams.
• Development of EMC design plan for projects.
• Participate in Technical Design Reviews with internal HW team to review for EMC topics at both Schematic and board layout levels.
• Participate in Technical Design Reviews with external customers lead EMC relevant part of review.
• Conduct pre-compliance EMC testing and fix issue found to assure Validation first time pass at DV.
• Participate in process improvement activities to evolve better processes, based lessons learned.
• Perform EMC design activities based on the use of all the tools / techniques he disposes (simulation, internal tools, experience, mock up )
• Simulation of EMC performance with SPICE tool or 3D simulations
• Define the Layout EMC specification according to pre analysis and ensure the layout follow up
• Support project for customer specification analysis / comparisons and write documents about such analysis to capitalize.
• Write and support the validation by the OEM of the EMC test plan in partnership with the project team
• Organize EMC design tests & perform debug activities to make the product compliant. Define to the project team the modification to reach compliance and deliver analysis reports to explain and justify the requests.
